Pepper Elevator Conveyor
The elevator automatically collects peppers from one or two roasting machines, transports them and loads the peeling machine for the next step. Capacity is up to 750 kg/h.

Why an elevator between roasting and peeling
The elevator replaces manual carrying between the two stages. Peppers travel straight from the oven to the peeler and the flow stays continuous. Its 750 kg/h capacity covers two roasters of up to 300 kg/h each.
Design and control
The conveyor belt is controlled by a contactor. The elevator is up to 3200 mm long, 600 mm wide and 1800 mm high, and weighs no more than 170 kg. Installed power is 0.5 kW on a 380 V AC / 50 Hz supply.
